What To Expect
Your first visit to Water Tower Family Dental is the foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we ask for your background information and give you time to get to know Dr. Shirazi.
You can save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
We believe that quality care should be affordable and accessible to everyone. Please contact our office if your insurance is not accepted for information on our in office payment plan (click here to view).
We accept most PPO's and our accepted HMO's are Aetna, Signa, Dental Manage Guard, and First Common Wealth.
Forms of insurance that we unfortunately do not accept are: Medicaid, Medicare, State Insurance, All Kids, and Bluecross Blueshield DMO.
We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement.
We understand the high costs of insurance can be overwhelming.
